About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses 2. Identify and connect with decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, Marketing Heads, Managers) 3. Introduce the company's products/services and qualify leads based on predefined criteria 4. Maintain a strong understanding of the product to answer basic prospect questions 5. Record lead information and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets 6. Follow up on interested leads via email or phone 7. Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads 8.
