Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Full-time, Office-based) Company: Black Swan Business Setup Services About the Company Black Swan Business Setup Services is seeking a proactive and dynamic Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and consulting teams. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and track leads to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be crucial in expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities. Your core responsibilities will include: Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce Black Swan's services and identify viable business opportunities. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Source, qualify, and nurture leads through strategic cold calls, professional email outreach, and diligent online market research. Client Engagement: Build rapport and maintain regular, professional communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure continued interest. CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain all lead details, progress, and interaction history within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a preference for Zoho CRM. Lead Assignment: Qualify leads and efficiently assign them to the appropriate Sales Consultants for deeper engagement. Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently arrange, coordinate, and confirm meetings between prospective clients and our consulting team. Meeting Follow-through: Monitor scheduled meetings to ensure attendance, promptly follow up on no-shows, and manage reschedules professionally. Reporting: Compile and share timely daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and meeting outcomes with management.Required Qualifications & Skills We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: B.Com or a higher degree. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor. Technical Skills Proficient working knowledge of CRM tools (prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly preferred ). Professional Skills Strong ability to follow up and convert leads. Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proven ability to handle clients professionally and represent the company's brand effectively.
