Job Summary

Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

The ideal candidate will possess strong research capabilities, excellent written communication skills, and a disciplined approach to data management. This role offers exposure to international B2B sales processes and provides a clear growth path within sales and account management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential business prospects using:
    • Google Search and Google Maps
    • LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
    • Online business directories and lead databases
  • Identify and validate key decision-makers including Owners, Founders, Directors, and Managers.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
  • Execute outbound communication campaigns via:
    • Cold email outreach using approved templates
    • LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messaging
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and lead status on a daily basis.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales or leadership team.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance and activity reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong online research and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound outreach methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability and willingness to work in US or international time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, market research, or business development.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to B2B industries such as IT services, SaaS, consulting, marketing, or healthcare (training will be provided).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: 20,000 70,000 (commensurate with experience)
