Job Description We are looking for a Lead Research & Outreach Executive to support our US healthcare (Medical Billing & RCM) business by identifying potential medical practices and executing outreach through email and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in online research, data handling, and written communication, and who want exposure to the US healthcare and sales domain. Key Responsibilities Research and build accurate lead lists of US healthcare providers using: NPI Registry Google Maps Online healthcare directories Lead platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.) Identify key decision-makers such as Practice Owners, Office Managers, and Practice Administrators. Find and verify email addresses and phone numbers. Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets / Excel / CRM. Execute cold email campaigns using provided templates. Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages. Track responses and book meetings for the sales/founder team. Maintain daily and weekly outreach and performance reports.
