Job Description

  • Job Title -Lead Generative AI - Data Scientist

  • Experience Range -05 to 10 Years

  • Job Location -Trivandrum or Pune


Overview

Generative AI Engineer



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and action

    using frameworks like LangChain, langGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other opensource frameworks such as mistral.
  • Architect, design, and deploy

    LLM-based applications

    across various domains.
  • Develop, experiment with, and validate Gen AI applications aligning with business objectives.


  • Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art generative AI models, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model alignment techniques.


  • Integrate AI developments for productive use in existing workflows and solutions
  • Contribute to continuously improve and optimize AI solutions to enhance their accuracy, scalability, optimize computational and cost efficiency, and compliance with rules and standards.
  • Drive initiatives in

    LLMOps

    , including prompt management, fine-tuning workflows, evaluation, monitoring, and versioning.
  • Implement robust

    ML algorithms

    and pipelines to support GenAI functionality.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, infrastructure, and design.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the AI team.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on research and innovation in generative AI and ML.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years

    of experience in AI/ML, with

    2+ years in Generative AI or LLMs

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    agent frameworks

    (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LLAMAIndex etc.).
  • Strong foundation in

    machine learning algorithms

    , NLP, and deep learning.
  • Proven expertise in

    LLMOps tools and techniques

  • Experience in AI Agents and Agentic AI is an added advantage
  • Experience is in Mistral Ai, AWS bedrock models [Claude , Nova, etc.,]
  • Experience in pydantic
  • Solid understanding of

    model deployment

    , containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Deep hands-on experience with

    Transformers

    and

    transformer-based

  • Programming proficiency in

    Python

    and relevant ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, Huggingface, etc.).
  • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
