Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Dentistry (BDS) or Nursing. Freshers are considered Skills & Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service during the registration, assessment, and settlement of pet insurance claims. Handle customer complaints in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. Make prompt, accurate decisions regarding policy coverage and claim settlement costs.
