Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will lead efforts to deliver product features that improve customer experience, and deliver tools that increase implementation and support efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of product features and internal tools. Mentor and guide team members and strive for continuous improvement Establish and track key metrics to measure improvements in engineering efficiency. Develop features whenever needed as an individual contributor Analyze the tasks and come up with reasonable timelines to deliver features on time. Understand customer needs and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and deliver a delightful user experience Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions with 2+ years as a lead. Technical Skills : Backend: Hands-on experience in Core Java, MySQL/PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL and RESTful APIs. Frontend: Hands-on experience in Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS. Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments. Actively using AI for your work (Coding copilots, etc..)
