Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer specialized in Marketing Analytics Platforms such as Mixpanel, CleverTap, and Tableau, your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize our marketing data ecosystem. Your role will involve integrating various marketing channels, creating dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing ROI. You will be tasked with managing and optimizing marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, and Mixpanel. Your duties will include collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and email, as well as building interactive dashboards and performance reports for the leadership and marketing teams. Additionally, you will conduct thorough analysis of campaigns, customer journeys, and conversion funnels, implement and maintain attribution models to assess channel effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights and strategic suggestions for optimizing campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data will be essential in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, along with at least 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence. Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics, as well as expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio, are required. A solid understanding of attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and knowledge of SQL, Python, or R will be advantageous.
