Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial team as a Lead - Finance - CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, and provide insights to senior management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and recommend strategic decisions.
Manage and maintain financial systems, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.

Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with financial software and systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
