Job Description

Strategic Financial Leadership:
Oversee and manage all financial operations for the India GCC/Development Centre, acting as a strategic partner with a CFO mindset to manage India Centre Finance Strategy and Operations.
India Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and transfer pricing, while optimizing tax strategies.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with global financial goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RnDm HR, IT, Vendors and operations, to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Reporting & Governance:
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS and global accounting standards.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and audit readiness.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships to support India operations.
Process Optimization:
Drive automation and process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
