Job Title: Lead Engineer Full Stack

Location: Bhopal

Experience Required: 7+ years


About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (MERN)


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Architect robust system designs and ensure optimal application performance.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Design, and QA.
  • Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to projects involving AI/ML integration and data-driven features.
  • Preferred: Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or AI/ML-related tasks.


Required Skills & Tools:

·      Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js

·      State management with Redux, Context API

·      TypeScript experience is a plus.

·      CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker

·      Unit testing tools: Jest, Mocha, Chai

·      Cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure

·      Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

·      Proficient with Git, JIRA, Postman, Swagger

Education and Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
