Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Engineer, located in Chennai. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, and testing aerospace systems, leading a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Engineering Design, System Development, and Aerospace Systems
• Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Technical Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Innovation
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the aerospace industry or relevant sectors is a plus
