The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, and testing aerospace systems, leading a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications Strong skills in Engineering Design, System Development, and Aerospace Systems Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership Proficiency in Technical Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Innovation Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience in the aerospace industry or relevant sectors is a plus
