Employee engagement leadership

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies
  • Leverage data to refine engagement programs
  • Design impactful recognition programs

People process management

  • Lead performance reviews and ensure alignment with organisational goals
  • Oversee fair and transparent promotions
  • Facilitate goal-setting initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives

Leadership and collaboration

  • Design training programs for managers
  • Partner with leadership teams to align engagement strategies
  • Analyse engagement trends and provide actionable insights

Process optimisation

  • Continuously improve people processes
  • Drive innovation to elevate employee experience

Education:

  • MBA-HR from top-tier B-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM P, SCMHRD, MDI, etc)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in COE roles like engagement or talent
  • Desirable: Experience in employee engagement initiatives

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks and performance management
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
