Employee engagement leadership

Develop and execute employee engagement strategies

Leadership and collaboration

Process optimisation

Continuously improve people processes
Drive innovation to elevate employee experience

Education:

MBA-HR from top-tier B-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM P, SCMHRD, MDI, etc)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in COE roles like engagement or talent
Desirable: Experience in employee engagement initiatives

Skills:

Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks and performance management
Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
