Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Employee Engagement and People Processes Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and driving strategies that enhance employee experience, motivation, and organizational alignment. You will oversee critical HR processes including performance reviews, promotions, and goal setting, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and impact. Your role will also involve close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Leadership

  • Design and execute data-driven employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational values and goals
  • Implement and manage impactful recognition and reward programs
  • Continuously assess engagement metrics and feedback to enhance employee experience

People Process Management

  • Lead end-to-end performance management cycles ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage transparent and equitable promotion processes
  • Facilitate effective and measurable goal-setting initiatives across levels

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership teams to integrate engagement strategies with business priorities
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill people managers in feedback, goal setting, and development conversations
  • Provide strategic insights through analysis of engagement data and employee feedback

Process Optimisation

  • Continuously improve core people processes for agility, relevance, and employee-centricity
  • Leverage technology and innovation to elevate the overall employee journey
  • Ensure compliance, standardization, and best-in-class execution of HR frameworks

Who Are We Looking For

Education:

  • MBA in Human Resources from a top-tier B-school (XLRI, TISS, SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, MDI, etc.)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Centre of Excellence (COE) roles, with a focus on employee engagement and/or talent management
  • Desirable: Prior experience leading employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of engagement frameworks, performance management systems, and people development practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-based decision making
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization
