Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to support business growth in the Global Capability Centers (GCCs) segment. This role focuses on driving sales for one of Spanideas Business Units, either IT Staffing Services, IT Services, or both, based on the candidate’s expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client acquisition, account management, and service-based solution selling. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales cycles for GCC clients in India and/or USA markets. Generate leads, build and manage a qualified pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Focus on sales for contract staffing, staff augmentation, and/or IT services including projects and managed services. Understand client requirements and position Spanidea’s offerings to solve business challenges. Assist in building go-to-market plans for new services and sectors. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and support. Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market feedback. Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Business Unit
