Lead .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage .NET-based web and software development projects from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and guide technical decisions.
• Architect and implement solutions using

  .NET 8+, .NET Core, and .NET MVC

  .
• Build responsive, component-driven applications using

  Blazor

  .
• Work with

  MS SQL Server

  for designing, optimizing, and maintaining relational databases.
• Deploy and manage applications in

  Microsoft Azure

  and

  AWS

  environments.
• Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Optional but valuable: Contribute to cross-platform development using

  MAUI

  or

  WPF

  .
• Proficient in developing front-end applications using React, Next.js, or Angular.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  .NET Core

  ,

  .NET MVC

  , and

  .NET 8 or later

  .
• Proficiency in

  Blazor

  for modern front-end development.
• Strong experience in

  MS SQL Server

  (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
• Experience with

• Strong problem-solving, system design, and architecture skills.
• Excellent
