Lead Dotnet Developer

As a Software Developer at Batish Technologies Private Limited in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for writing code and unit testing to develop and maintain cutting-edge software applications/programs. Your role will involve interpreting written business requirements and technical specification documents, investigating, analyzing, and reporting defects, as well as fixing them as needed. Additionally, you will be engaged in client interaction and reporting to management, and collaborating on international projects from the USA and Australia. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B. Tech / B.E - Computers / BCA - Computers / MCA - Computers / M. Tech Computers degree and possess expert-level software development skills in ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, VB.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery. Experience with modern frameworks like Angular and React, proficiency in Python for backend development, and a strong understanding of 3-Tier, N-Tier, and MVC architectures are desired skills. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, along with being a strong team player capable of working independently, are essential. Problem-solving, task prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate efficiently within a team, are crucial for success in this role. Holding an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) certification in .NET technologies is considered a plus.
