Lead DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions. This role is perfect for a seasoned DevOps professional with a strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Lead the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, uptime, and scalability.

Drive DevOps best practices, security standards, and infrastructure governance.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth release processes.

Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.

Deep expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Proficient in system monitoring/logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

Proven leadership and team management experience.
