Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our delivery quality team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the delivery quality team to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients.
Develop and implement quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
Analyze data and metrics to measure service performance and identify trends.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
