Job Title: Lead – Delivery Quality (Clinical Prior Authorization)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 2–3 years (with minimum 1 year as a Lead)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead – Delivery Quality with strong expertise in Clinical Prior Authorization processes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling initiations and follow-ups, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 agents in Clinical Prior Authorization processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity targets.
• Support, coach, and guide the team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance.
• Ensure team members successfully clear the Prior Authorization assessment with at least 80% pass score.
• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Clinical Prior Authorization (initiations and follow-ups).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead, handling a team of 10–15 agents.
• Strong domain knowledge of the US Healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
