Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our delivery quality team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the delivery quality team to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients.
Develop and implement quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
