We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Capability Lead to spearhead our Artificial Intelligenceinitiatives and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in enabling AI-driven businesstransformation. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned AI professional with 10-15 years ofexperience in designing, developing, and delivering AI solutions — spanning both Generative AIand Predictive AI technologies.This individual will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role, guiding the organization's AIcapability development, delivering consulting engagements for clients, and driving innovationacross multiple domains. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the AI capability roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
- Advise clients on AI strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches across industries
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Generative and Predictive AI
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and trends; publish insights and thought leadership
- Build, mentor, and guide AI engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption
Required Skills & Experience
:
- 10-15 years of total experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or consulting role
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions using both predictive (ML-based) and generative (LLM-based) approaches
- Hands-on expertise with one or more major cloud AI ecosystems — Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, fine-tuning methods, prompt engineering, and MLOps/GenAIOps principles
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc
- Working knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-native systems to support AI solution deployment
- Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles with a strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business audiences
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate AI's business value clearly
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
