Scala Developer

• Role: Lead Data Engineer

• Job Location: Chennai

• Experience: 9+ Years

• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex applications, ensuring that all components are integrated and perform optimally.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Scala code.
• Use Spark and Kafka to process and analyze large amounts of data.
• Collaborate with the team to design and launch new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization, and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and will be able to leverage these skills to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proficiency in Scala programming language.
• Experience with Apache Spark for big data processing.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Databricks platform.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
