Lead - Data Analytics & Process

Purpose/Objective

To lead the data analytics vertical of Group Admin, with a focus on data management, analytics, dashboard & reporting. The role will extend support in driving process excellence through creating process maps for data capturing through deployed tech for real-time updates. The role is primarily responsible for analytics & visualization of data trends and develops interactive dashboards and visual reports to present data insights clearly and effectively, ensuring visualizations aid in better decision-making and data comprehension. The incumbent will also drive digital transformation for admin services.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Data Analytics & Support Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Consolidation & Analysis of structured and unstructured data alike for use by Admin teams Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical dashboards. Communicate findings through visualizations and presentations. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all analytics processes Process Improvement Support the execution of ‘To-Be’ process development for tech deployment and ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency improvements. Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities by analysing KPI trends and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Lead the master data template designing and data modeling approach with team managers SOP and process documents’ creation and periodic revision to include updates Develop, update, and monitor BSC and Process KPI dashboards, ensuring accurate performance tracking and continuous improvement through data analytics. Standardization Analyze gaps and create SOPs and process documentation for admin services Develop SOW & define SLA for Admin services outsourced to service partners, Support transformation projects in process simplification and digital enablement Digital Transformation Drive implementation and rollout of digital platforms to transform admin services Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design digital workflow, customization, and deploy digital solutions. Monitor adoption and performance of digital tools People Management Lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics or equivalent Along with desired certification big data analytics / Data Science / Data Analytics / Power BI / SQL / Python etc. Experiences: Overall experience of 8-10 years in data management, atleast 2-3 years of experience as Power BI developer Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complicated and large amounts of data with business insights Strong technical expertise in Power BI-Power Query & DAX, best practices for visualization & developing optimized backend architecture Excellent writing skills and possess keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
