Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:


  • Advanced proficiency in

    Excel

    (including VBA/macros).

  • Strong experience with

    Power BI

    (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).

  • Hands-on experience in

    Python

    for data analysis and automation.

  • Expertise in

    SQL

    for querying and database management.

Other Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting


  • Perform complex data analysis using

    Excel

    (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in

    Power BI

    for business stakeholders.

Data Management & Automation


  • Write and optimize

    SQL queries

    for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

  • Automate data workflows and build analytical scripts using

    Python

    (pandas, NumPy, etc.).

Business Insights & Decision Support


  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

  • Provide actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling.

Collaboration & Governance


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Maintain documentation and adhere to data governance standards.
