Lead - Business Process Expert

As a Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks including configuration experience in ERP products, working with database queries and procedures, and providing application support on functional issues. Your role will also involve having a clear understanding of the software development life cycle and being process-oriented. Having strong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage, along with exposure to Agile methodology for requirements capturing. You will also be expected to identify and execute test strategies, test plans, and functional test cases, as well as prepare and conduct functional reviews and training sessions. In this role, you will work closely with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery. Collaboration within a team environment is highly recommended, and you should be willing to work primarily in functional support and handle change requests. Flexibility in working different shifts, including day shift and afternoon shift, is required. The ideal candidate for this position will be a problem solver, critical thinker, and analyzer, with excellent communication and writing skills. You should possess negotiation skills and the ability to raise factual alerts and risks when necessary. Being organized and practical will also be key to success in this role.
