As a support to the Executive or Manager in accomplishing respective personal targets, duties, and responsibilities, this role is for Varian - a Siemens Healthiness company, directly reporting to the Head of Varian APJ. Your tasks and responsibilities will include supporting senior managers, scheduling appointments and meetings, writing respective minutes and protocols, coordinating and establishing all travel arrangements, reconciling travel and expense reports, answering, screening, and placing phone calls, managing in-and-outgoing correspondence, monitoring all information flow, preparing presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings, participating in projects, integrating new office technologies and systems, supporting Townhall and event coordination, managing the company's office services, overseeing general administrative staff, and selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel. To qualify for this role, you should hold a successfully completed bachelor's degree or equivalent and have at least 8 years of experience providing support at a senior management level, with 3 years of management experience or supervisory equivalent. Proficiency in computer skills and utilizing business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software is preferred. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures, strong organizational and planning skills, and the ability to work on issues of diverse scope are essential. Your personality and skills should demonstrate strong communication and people skills, initiative, good follow-up, ability to maintain confidentiality, cooperativeness, attention to detail and accuracy, and the capability to lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team. The working location for this position is in Singapore.
