Job Title: Lead: Business Development
Location: Kochi Company: CSR wing of Leading Software CompanyExperience: 3 to 6 YearsPosition Overview: The candidate will lead strategic efforts to expand our brand presence, source new candidates through partnerships, expand our customer base, and build strong client relationships. This role combines marketing execution, community engagement, and sales strategy, to promote a socially impactful cab service run by professionally trained women drivers.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Branding: Creating Awareness of the Program and Its Impact• Design and execute marketing campaigns and programs across digital, print, and event platforms to promote Futurepoint Cabs.• Develop compelling content that highlights success stories and testimonials to build brand credibility and emotional connection.• Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc) by engaging posts that showcase drivers, their journeys, and the social impact of the initiative.Sourcing Candidates for Driver Training• Identify and build partnerships with NGOs, women’s organizations, government bodies, and other relevantinstitutions to source candidates for upcoming driver training batches.• Communicate (through direct interaction & marketing/branding efforts) the mission and benefits of the program to potential partners and aspirants, encouraging participation and support.Sales & Business Development• Conduct market research and segmentation to identify target corporate clients and understand theirexpectations.• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to attract and retain corporate customers and explore new market segments.• Create customized presentations, brochures, and proposalsto effectively communicate the value proposition.• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to build trust and convert prospects into loyal customers.• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and feedback analysis to continuously improve service quality.Preferred Qualifications:• Any degree from reputed institutions in India• Experience in brand building and marketing• Experience in sales and corporate communications• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.• Familiarity with social media platforms, and campaign management.• Experience in customer acquisition and community outreach.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• A supportive and inclusive work environment.• The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our female drivers.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience to Essentiaskills@gmail.com or connect to 7034340164 by 31st July 2025
