Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision- makers (CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads, and CXOs). Pitch staffing, BGV and recruitment solutions to prospective clients, showcasing value-added staffing services. Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Maintain CRM/database records to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
