Client Collaboration: Involves collaborating with clients to understand their corporate culture, business goals, and unique hiring needs, offering strategic recruitment solutions in line with these objectives. 3. Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Must efficiently oversee hiring procedures in the insurance industry, utilizing cutting-edge strategies like networking and social media to draw in top talent and build a pool of eligible candidate by implementing standard applicant assessment procedures and conducting interviews. 4. Recruitment Process Management: Have to manage the recruitment process from candidate screening to offer management, ensuring clear and efficient communication with clients and candidates. 5. Client Relationship Management: The role involves fostering robust client relationships, handling recruitment-related matters, and proactively identifying opportunities for service improvement by analyzing background and cultural fit, and then presenting the shortlisted candidates to client.
