Lead Business Analyst

This is an opportunity to lead discovery sessions, drive RFP processes, and deliver strategic insights while interfacing between clients, sales, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Lead discovery sessions to explore solutions, define scope, and assess feasibility and technical frameworks
• Own presales activities by preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and conveying clear value propositions to clients
• Manage RFP responses, including solution design, pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with requirements
• Facilitate communication between clients, sales, technical teams, and developers for seamless project execution
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align with development objectives
• Support implementation teams to ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations and predefined requirements
• Monitor emerging market trends, competitor landscapes, and technological advancements to inform strategic planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner with a focus on discovery and presales
• 9-15 years' expertise in software development lifecycle or agile methodology
• Showcase of client engagement skills, including proposal writing, RFP responses, and strategic communication
• Understanding of technical solutioning and alignment with business goals
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence for project documentation and management

• Background in Finance, Healthcare, or Telecom industry solutions
• Competency in managing cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholder interests
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
