Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for gathering and documenting business and user requirements for Group Functions solutions, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Responsible for analyzing requirements to identify potential issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that requirements are complete, accurate, and feasible.
Responsible for designing Group Functions solutions, including user interface design, process design, and system design, and ensuring that designs meet the needs of Group Functions departments and the business.
Responsible for creating prototypes of Group Functions solutions to demonstrate functionality, user experience, and design, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Responsible for developing and executing test cases and scripts, and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure that Group Functions solutions meet the business and user requirements.
Managing group of competent business analysts (Internal Employees/ Vendor Resources).
Upward, lateral and downward communication (Verbal and written) regarding projects and initiatives under supervision.
End to End responsibility of project requirements, project supervision & coordination with PMO office for implementation within timeline and with desired quality standards.
Responsible for proactive initiatives and identification of problems, areas of improvement and excellence in customer experience in the functional area
Business planning, monitoring and strategy execution along with measurement of goal achievement in executed projects/ initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Corporate Banking / Commercial Banking / Wholesale Banking.
