LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking an experienced Application functional Specialist (10+ years) with a strong background in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations). The ideal candidate will bring proven experience and deep knowledge of the retail industry, working closely with global teams, SI partners, Indian regional business teams, and key users to drive successful technology adoption and project delivery across CHANEL India.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Collaborate with regional/global project teams, SI partners, and India business key users to drive POS and ERP adoption for boutiques
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business teams and key users
• Act as the primary bridge between business teams/key users and technical teams/SI partners, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Actively participate in project meetings; document outcomes and action items for traceability
• Contribute to the creation and review of Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring successful execution and resolution of any issue
• Conduct user training sessions for business teams and key users on newly developed applications and processes
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring active participation from business teams/key users and a bug-free outcome
• Actively participate in data conversion activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity during migration
• Engage in planning and executing cutover activities for go-live
• Perform comprehensive pre-go-live checks with SI partners to guarantee system readiness and a hassle-free launch
• Ensure the system is prepared for a smooth, hassle-free go-live
• Provide regular updates on day-to-day tasks and project status to the reporting manager
• Deliver post-go-live support, including boutique visits as needed to resolve operational issues and ensure user satisfaction
• Project Management.

What you will bring:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) with retail domain knowledge
• Proven experience and deep knowledge of the retail industry, with a strong understanding of retail business processes and operations
• Strong background in collaborating with business teams and key users throughout all phases of retail transformation projects
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering, documentation (FSD, TSD), SIT, UAT, data conversion, cutover, and go-live support
• Proven ability to work with global teams, SI partners, and diverse business teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training delivery skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Experience in post-go-live support and on-site troubleshooting in retail environments
• Experience in luxury or premium retail environments
• Exposure to global ERP and POS rollouts
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or relevant technologies.
