Assistant Manager - Tax and Finance

Assistant Manager - Tax and Finance (Contractual: 2 years)

Assistant Manager – Tax and Finance will be responsible for assisting in financial reporting, including assisting in preparation of direct and indirect tax filings, audits, and assessments. The role involves assisting in preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP and internal controls related to the profile.

Your main responsibilities are:

Taxation & Other Statutory reporting:

• Assisting in finalizing tax audits under Income tax and GST, prior year assessments.
• Assisting preparation of GST, TDS and Income tax returns filings including 3CD, 3CEB, XBRL and MSME returns etc.
• Collaborating with the Global IT Team to update article tax conditions in the system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Statutory & Management Reporting:

• Assisting in preparation of annual financial statements including PL and Cash flow statement as per Indian GAAP including notes to account.

Internal Controls & Accounting:

• Develop/ improve systems, processes, and policies in the Financial Accounting
• Assist accounts payable in recording of expenses
• Timely checking on expenses management and vendor management from financial perspective.
• Preparation of MIS for management

Taxation:

• Assisting in direct/Indirect filings
• Assisting in tax related queries for both Boutique and departments
• Assisting in preparing the reply for Tax assessments

What you will bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  or

  MBA in Accounts and Taxation

• Minimum

  3–5 years

  of relevant experience in taxation, financial reporting, and compliance
• Strong understanding of

  Indian GAAP

• Experience with

• Proficiency in

  ERP systems
