Lead BA - Techno Functional

As a Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Configuration experience in ERP product - Proficiency in Database Queries and Procedures - Handling Application Support for functional issues - Understanding of Software Development life cycle and being process-oriented - Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be advantageous - Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature-driven methods will be beneficial - Identifying and executing test strategies, test plan, and functional test cases - Preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions - Collaborating with customers and cross-location teams to ensure consistent delivery - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Willingness to work primarily in Functional Support and Change Requests - Openness to work in different shifts including day shift and afternoon shift The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Problem-solving skills with analytical thinking - Ability to challenge solutions when necessary - Excellent communication and writing skills to interact with end-users - Proficiency in negotiation with tactful skills - Organized and practical approach to tasks Additional details about the company: At Socit Gnrale, employees are considered drivers of change who can have a positive impact on the future.
