You will lead the design and management of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to support scalable and reliable delivery for our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and upkeep of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related tools to enhance delivery speed and reliability
• Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and automation frameworks to improve deployment consistency
• Manage container environments with Docker, Docker Compose, Helm, and Istio Service Mesh for effective orchestration
• Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications including Apache Solr, ZooKeeper, SAP Hybris, and Tomcat
• Develop and expand observability solutions with Grafana, Dynatrace, and ClickHouse to ensure system health
• Implement and maintain automated testing environments using Selenoid, Selenoid GGR, and Report Portal
• Define and uphold DevOps and SRE best practices to ensure system availability and resilience
• Oversee artifact and quality management using Artifactory, SonarQube, and quality gates
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize performance, scalability, and deployment workflows
• Conduct network troubleshooting and optimize infrastructure and application connectivity
• Mentor team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Experience of 7 to 14 years in Build Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Strong skills in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines including GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure, with multi-cloud considered a plus
• Competency in container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency in build tools such as Ant, Maven, Gradle, or Node
• Experience with artifact management and quality control tools like Artifactory and SonarQube
• Skill in monitoring, logging, and tracing tools including Grafana, Dynatrace, and ClickHouse
• Programming proficiency in Python with additional knowledge of Go, JavaScript, or Java
• Ability to troubleshoot Java components such as Hybris, Tomcat, Solr, and ZooKeeper
• Understanding of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting methods
• Knowledge of SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
