Lead Associate - FP&A

• Business Performance Management:

• Pricing and Margin Control:-

• Marketing Business Finance:
• -Partner with the marketing team to evaluate ROI on campaigns and drive optimization of spends across channels.-Track and report effectiveness of ATL/BTL campaigns from a finance lens.- Vendor & Marketplace Financial Management:-Manage financial aspects of seller/vendor relationships - both marketplace and outright models.
• - Drive adherence to commercial terms and ensure vendor funding/claims are accounted accurately and timely.- Financial Reporting & Reviews:- Lead monthly financial reviews with business stakeholders.- Prepare dashboards, variance analyses, and insights to support decision-making.- Controls & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits (internal/external).-Support implementation of process improvements and automation.Key Skills &

Qualifications:

• - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of relevant experience in business finance / FP&A / category finance roles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau preferred).
• - Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer industries is a strong plus.-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
