Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Collections Strategy Developer to design, develop, and maintain strategies within automated decisioning systems such as Provenir, Triad, PowerCurve, or Blaze . This role plays a critical part in supporting the optimization of collections treatments, segmentation logic, and rule-based decision flows to enhance recovery rates and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automated decision engines, collections operations, and data-driven strategy design. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize collections strategies using automated decision systems (Provenir, Triad, etc.). Rules and Logic Configuration: Develop rule-based decision flows and scoring strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Integration and Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure seamless integration of decision systems with upstream/downstream applications. Support in creating and validating test cases. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, risk, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and ensure end-to-end alignment. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of rules, configurations, logic flows, and test results. Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation, reduce manual interventions, and enhance collections effectiveness. Support: Provide production support and troubleshoot decision strategy issues as they arise. Required Skills and Experience: 3–8 years of experience in decision system configuration and collections strategy development. Hands-on expertise with Provenir , Triad , PowerCurve , Blaze , or other decisioning tools/platforms. Experience working in collections or credit risk strategy environments, especially in financial services or fintech sectors. Strong understanding of rules-based logic , segmentation , treatment paths , and prioritization frameworks. Familiarity with data flows , XML/JSON , and working with APIs for decision service integrations. Basic experience or exposure to Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex decision logic. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Collections Strategy and Credit Card . Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
