```html About the Company We are looking for a Solid Lead Application Engineer development of the Care Management module. This role will be to solution the feature and come up with an implementation plan based on Business needs and UX provided by the Product based on Figma flows. We should follow the standards, frameworks, and practices followed by the CURO/OCM platform. Keeping in mind the scalability, security, performance, reusability attributes. Will work closely with cross-functional teams & leads, including engineering, product, and UX to deliver quality products and a great user experience. Guiding the team on technical front. Should be able to make and own critical technical decisions. About the Role This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of the Care Management module. Responsibilities Work closely & understand the functional requirements from Product and Figma UX. Based on the understanding come up with the technical design/solution and discuss with Architects and present it in TDR. Break the solution into workable stories allowing efficient parallelism with appropriate dependency order. Work & guide fellow developers on the implementation, remove technical blockers. Perform deep code reviews. Be participative in Team meetings like Feature discovery, grooming, Retrospective etc. Mentor developers technically. Take ownership of complex tasks or work where things must be figured out from scratch and drive them to completion. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Java 8+ & Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns. Knowledge on sync/async integration Patterns leveraging event streaming platforms like Kafka, Message Queues, Event based etc. Strong in Design Principals and patterns e.g. SOLID, OOPS, functional programming concepts. Good understanding of cloud principals. Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS, particularly PostgreSQL. Understanding of database design principles and optimization techniques. Proficiency in using development tools such as Git, Maven, and IntelliJ IDEA. Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing methodologies using testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills with Product & fellow developers. Being able to think creatively and critically to implement new features and solve problems. Should be Curious and Quick learner to adapt based on Tech needs of the project. Required Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. FE frameworks like React.
