Job Description

You will partner closely with the Deal Desk team as well as Sales, Professional Services, and Account Management teams to support and streamline the end-to-end deal execution and order management process. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and validating orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and compliance with contract terms, discount policies, and internal approval policies. - Ensuring timely and accurate order booking to maintain deal velocity and support revenue recognition and invoicing timelines. - Maintaining data integrity and alignment across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, and NetSuite, ensuring accurate and consistent deal information. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to support invoicing, revenue recognition, and audit requirements. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the order management process and driving automation and process enhancements. - Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders regarding order-related policies, procedures, and system capabilities. - Supporting special projects and initiatives related to new product offerings, pricing models, or system implementations that impact order workflows. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field - preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. - Strong understanding of Quote to Cash (QTC) processes such as Salesforce, CPQ, and NetSuite. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Finance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is a plus.
