Job Description

Role Overview: You will partner closely with the Deal desk team, Sales, Professional Services, and Account Management teams to support and streamline the end-to-end deal execution and order management process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and validating orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and compliance with contract terms and internal approval policies. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate order booking to maintain deal velocity and support revenue recognition and invoicing timelines. Your role will involve maintaining data integrity and alignment across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, and NetSuite, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to support invoicing, revenue recognition, and audit requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the order management process and driving automation and process enhancements. As a subject matter expert, you will act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders regarding order-related policies, procedures, and system capabilities. Additionally, you will support special projects and initiatives related to new product offerings, pricing models, or system implementations that impact order workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with the Deal desk team, Sales, Professional Services, and Account Management teams - Review and validate orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and compliance with contract terms - Ensure timely and accurate order booking to maintain deal velocity and support revenue recognition and invoicing timelines - Maintain data integrity and alignment across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) systems - Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the order management process - Act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders regarding order-related policies, procedures, and system capabilities - Support special projects and initiatives related to new product offerings, pricing models, or system implementations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field - Strong understanding of Quote to Cash (QTC) processes such as Salesforce, CPQ, and NetSuite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is a plus (Note: The additional details about the company and the team have been omitted as per the instructions),
