What You Will Be Doing
- Architect overarching frameworks for AI-driven systems that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency management, and advanced predictive coding.
- Engage deeply with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering through R&D initiatives, conference participation, and collaboration with academic and professional communities. We require early awareness of emerging AI technologies as they become available.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Routine Code Maintenance: Performing regular updates or debugging of existing software code to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
- Standard Software Development: Executing basic coding or software development tasks that involve implementing straightforward features or functionalities without AI integration.
Lead AI Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Apply your engineering expertise to achieve significant increases in development speed, reductions in human error, and improvements in code quality, driving faster time-to-market for software products and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Basic Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (you must have both front-end and back-end coding expertise)
- Experience using GenAI code assistants heavily (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Previous experience successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
- Previous experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems
- An understanding of when and why to choose specific LLM models for different tasks
- Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
