L&D Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of trainers across various locations nationwide, ensuring consistency and high-quality training delivery.
• Develop comprehensive training modules and materials tailored to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops, both virtually and in-person, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and sales strategies.
• Utilize data analysis and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and refine strategies for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, HR, and leadership teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Continuously monitor trends in the automobile industry and retail sector to keep training content relevant and impactful.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring that all employees have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Evaluate, track, and report on the progress and impact of training initiatives, presenting results and insights to leadership teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in training, learning & development, or sales management, ideally within the automobile or retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of trainers and delivering large scale training programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices within the automobile or retail sectors.
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to employee development and performance improvement.
