Ideal Candidate: Proven experience (8+ years) in training, learning & development, or sales management, ideally within the automobile or retail industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of trainers and delivering large scale training programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices within the automobile or retail sectors. Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to employee development and performance improvement. Passion for learning, development, and helping individuals reach their potential.
