As the Learning and Development Manager based in Gurugram, your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth. You will develop instructional materials, oversee learning platforms, identify training needs, and facilitate leadership development initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams to align training programs with business objectives will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth. - Developing instructional materials and managing learning platforms. - Identifying training needs and facilitating leadership development initiatives. - Collaborating with internal teams to align training programs with business goals. **Qualifications:** - Experience in Training & Development and conducting employee training programs. - Proficiency in Learning Management and implementing effective learning strategies. - Strong skills in Instructional Design to create engaging and impactful training content. - Expertise in Leadership Development and fostering professional growth within teams. - Strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities. - Ability to analyze training needs and measure program effectiveness. - Prior experience in a similar role within organizations focusing on corporate training or employee development is a plus. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
