This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to launch their career in the L&D and HR domain, within a product- and technology-driven environment.
What You Bring
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of technical roles (Software, Product, QA, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured L&D environment
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to or coursework in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
- Any internship or project experience related to people development, training coordination, or HR systems
- Interest in building skills in competency mapping, training needs analysis, and digital learning platforms
Your Role
As our
L&D Analyst
, you will play a key role in enabling knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities include:
- Organize and maintain learning content related to our products, services, and platforms
- Create and update repositories for internal training materials and guides
- Collaborate with product and service owners to source relevant training content
- Support mapping of functional and technical competencies for various roles
- Maintain databases of skills across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions
- Document role-specific skill matrices and proficiency benchmarks
- Assist in identifying learning needs through surveys, manager feedback, and project reviews
- Contribute to TNA reports and help align training plans with development goals
- Track training participation and generate basic learning analytics
- Coordinate internal training sessions – scheduling, communication, and feedback collection
- Liaise with external vendors/platforms to track learning engagement and progress
