Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership terms
  • Conducting legal research on various topics including EdTech regulations, data protection laws, employment policies, and compliance frameworks
  • Supporting the team in preparing documents for company policies, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and disclaimers
  • Reviewing vendor and service provider agreements to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
  • Maintaining organized records of legal files, documents, and case notes
  • Coordinating with external legal advisors when necessary for filings, registrations, or consultations
  • Ensuring the company’s documentation aligns with current legal standards, especially concerning IP, online content, and consumer rights
  • Preparing internal compliance checklists and assisting in audits or due diligence as needed
  • Staying updated with relevant changes in laws and regulatory frameworks that may impact the business
  • Assisting in drafting notices, legal correspondence, and formal communications
