Laundry Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laundry Supervisor.The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring the quality and cleanliness of linens and laundry services. Responsibilities include supervising laundry staff, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the equipment. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet their linen requirements and monitoring the overall efficiency of the laundry services.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Expertise in Laundry Services and knowledge of laundry operations
• Familiarity with handling and maintaining Linens
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
