Job Description

QUICK SMART WASH is looking for Laundry Supervisor to join our team
Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate laundry washing activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, including washing machines and dryers.
  • Ensure high-quality cleaning services by inspecting clothes before they are made available to customers.
  • Train and guide junior staff members on washing techniques and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or similar role with at least years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of washing techniques, fabric types, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with quality control measures and customer service principles.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
